Innovation Technology Park Special Economic Zone

The Innovation Technology Park special economic zone is located in the Alatau area of Almaty’s Medeu district. Established in 2003, it supports technology businesses and production projects, with a focus on information technology, telecommunications and electronics. The zone combines infrastructure with nearby educational and research resources to support the introduction of new technologies. The official economic-zone directory identifies the Alatau Technopark management company, while the city investment portal provides an overview and participation information. This park is separate from the Alatau City development north of Almaty and should not be treated as identical to every organization using the Tech Garden name.
